Private dining

On the Island of Ireland and county of Fermanagh we are fortunate to have some of the finest ingredients at our fingertips.  At Lough Erne Resort our philosophy is all about sourcing, preparing and serving fresh local food in season. For Private dining at the resort we can offer a range of menus and dining experiences.

Banquets

The Resort offers a variety of innovative dining experiences, all of which have quality and authenticity at their heart. We offer varied range of menu ideas to meet client requirements from fine dining to luxury buffets, sharing platters, small plates or tapas, grazing tables or high end BBQ's. It is possible to design a menu for your overall event that can take different elements of each of these dining styles.

Buffets

Buffets are often the best option if you want a very relaxed event.  The buffet would be served in a private room where you are looked after by a dedicated team.

The Members Loft and the Loughside Suite are ideal venues for a buffet menu or grazing table as the ambience in both create a relaxed atmosphere for your guests and offer stunning views of Castle Hume Lough and the Faldo Golf Course.

BBQ's can be served on The Ross Terrace overlooking Castlehume Lough, we can accommodate 70 guests with a private bar for the evening.
