Turn Up The Heat

We've worked to build a reputation as one of the best places to taste traditional Irish flavours, starting with the hand-selected prime cuts we serve up in our Loughside Grill. Showcasing only the very best Northern Irish beef from local farms, we pride ourselves on the provenance of our ingredients and the atmosphere of our bar, grill and terrace.

Dare to share? We've turned up the heat!

Our grill is more than just a steakhouse. It's a place to gather and discover Northern Irish flavours at their purest.

From juicy steaks and choice cuts to fresh fish and free-range chicken, all of our produce is sourced from local farms and suppliers. Our chefs take these ingredients and craft dishes that bring out their unique tastes. And with fantastic views over Castle Hume Lough and the Faldo Course, we can't think of anywhere better to enjoy a hearty dinner after a round of golf.

Each Saturday and Sunday from 12noon to 4pm we serve our brunch menu which offers something special for everyone, from hearty dishes to daring sweet treats and not forgetting amazing healthy options for those that like a health kick.

Executive Head Chef

Stephen Holland

For as long as Stephen can remember, his passion for great food was driven by his mum and Great Aunt Kathleen. After training in restaurants around the world, his approach has evolved to focus on natural produce, regional specialities and an openness to global influences.

"Irish cuisine today is in great shape, we have some of the world’s best suppliers on our doorsteps. It’s all about telling the customer about the food, but also the person behind the food."
